The Julian Center is hiring for President/CEO

President/CEO, The Julian Center, Inc.  The Board of Directors of The Julian Center, a Family Justice Center/Domestic Violence Shelter is seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead The Julian Center’s multi-faceted operations.  The President/CEO is the Chief Executive Officer of The Julian Center and the organization’s chief spokesperson, representing the agency to its many constituencies, internal and external.  The President/CEO’s scope of responsibility includes fund development, community relations, strategic planning, and operational, financial and administrative management.

The President/CEO will maintain an institutional culture, which balances the needs of the Central Indiana community with The Julian Center’s traditions, visions and programs with the efficacy of best business practices, fiscal accountability, and institutional impact.

Candidates will have at least 10 years senior management experience with increasing levels of responsibility and direct stewardship of Boards of Directors.  It is expected that the President/CEO will have career experience at a senior management level of a human service organization.  Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
