Engagement at INCASA.

Ms. Duncan serves as Project Manager for the Indiana Statewide Victim Assistance Academy and a new initiative “Making Children A Priority” focusing on community-wide educational strategies in the recognition and prevention of child sexual abuse. She was integral to establishing INCASA’s Statewide Sexual Assault Response Team Training and implementing a statewide assessment of primary prevention efforts in Indiana. Karen is the author of two books, Healing from the Trauma of Childhood Sexual Abuse: the Journey for Women (2005) and Female Sexual Predators: Understanding Them to Protect Our Children and Youths (2010).
