During her presentation, Dr. Drobac will review what constitutes sex-based harassment and which laws prohibit it. She will tailor her comments to focus on sexual harassment of and by teenagers and middle schoolers. From her book, Sexual Exploitation of Teenagers: Adolescent Development, Discrimination & Consent Law, she examines teenage psychosocial and neurological development to see how those factors contribute to the vulnerability of juveniles. She offers concrete, practical guidance on how to address the problem of the sexual exploitation of children at school and at work.
