Nominations now being accepted for Baker One Advocate Award
The Domestic Violence Network is now accepting nominations for the Baker One Outstanding Advocate award!!
The award will be given at The Julian Center Judge’s Luncheon on Wednesday, April 22nd. Please send your nomination along with a brief explanation of why you believe the nominee has shown consistent exemplary effort in the field of domestic violence or sexual assault advocacy. Their efforts do not need to be specific to a Baker One case, but to generally high-risk or unique domestic violence/sexual assault situations. This award is to recognize any advocate that consistently demonstrates the Baker One Project tenets of offender accountability, homicide prevention and victim safety. This may have been demonstrated in a one-time incident or over time with various situations – either are acceptable.
