A Reading List for Tweens and Teens About Relationships

It’s not always easy starting a conversation with the young people in our lives about what a healthy relationship looks like or what to look out for if a relationship turns unhealthy.  It’s difficult to know the right thing to say or the right way to explain something.  As the Youth Program Manager, I have experienced firsthand young people’s desire to learn more about this topic.  And, they don’t always want to hear it from a stranger, they want to hear it from YOU.

Here are a few books from A Mighty Girl that will help you start the conversation with the young person in your life.  Although the books are geared towards a tween or teen reader, try reading it with them and discussing the book along the way.  It could even be a weekly or biweekly tradition!
